Error: Access denied for user 'bluebvqw_photovision'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
On the live server? Open config/db.php and fill in the LIVE SERVER block with your cPanel database username, password and database name.
On localhost? Make sure MySQL is running in the XAMPP control panel, then run install.php to create the database.
